Cancelation Policy for Coaching Sessions
No refunds for no shows which includes late arrivals.
1:1 Individual Coaching Sessions:
If you are unable to attend the 1:1 individual coaching session after you purchase and schedule a time slot, you can not cancel or transfer to someone else. However, you can reschedule it if given notice 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. You must notify Incarcerated State of Mind before the 24 hour window by
emailing [email protected] reschedule.
Group Sessions:
Once you purchase a group session and sign up, you are not permitted to cancel. However, you are able to transfer to another person. Please reach out to [email protected] if you are unable to attend and need to transfer.
Technical difficulties policy:
We are not responsible for technical support or difficulties and we understand life happens, we do offer phone and video sessions, if you are unable to attend a session due to technical issues, please email [email protected] and we will refund only 50% of the service after receiving an email providing proof of that there was an attempt to attend your session. We do ask that you try both video or phone to attend your session.

Merchandise Refund; Return and Exchange Policy
Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 7 days after you receive any item. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges will only be allowed if size is inaccurate or if the item was damaged when received. Customer must email within 48 hours of receiving product to inform merchant.
Merchandise is ordered/purchased through a third-party website.
