Therapy is used to treat mental health conditions through therapeutic methods, to help individuals maintain their overall mental health.

Therapy focuses on the past, guides you in identifying how you got to where you are right now.

What is Coaching?

A life coach helps guide the individual to reach their ultimate goals. A life coach can help individuals in different areas of their life. But because each human being is different, their goals will be different too. 

Coaching focuses on moving the individual forward with setting goals to get them there.
